Follow the direction of the braid and tie an overhand knot at point 2 and 3 (figure 2-31).

Use the splicing needle to attach cord #3 to cord #2 at point 4.

Tie overhand knots at points 5 and 6.
(r)
Sew the ends of all three repair cords to net using size 6 nylon thread.
