Keep everyone away from suspended loads. Allow no one to walk under a
load. Ensure that all slings, ties, and hooks are correctly placed and secured
before raising or lowering the load.
Use tag lines, as appropriate, for positioning and restraining loads. Check the
load slings before lifting.
