OPERATOR/CREW AND ORGANIZATIONAL MAINTENANCE CHECKS AND SERVICES.
1 . Do your (B) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE just before you operate the
equipment. Pay attention to the Cautions and Warnings.
2 . Do your (D) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE during operation. ( D u r i n g
operation means to monitor the equipment while it is actually being used.)
3 . D o your (A) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE right after operating the
equipment. Pay attention to the Cautions and Warnings.
Do your (W) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE weekly.

Do your (M) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE once a month.

6 . If something doesn't work, t r o u b l e s h o o t i t w i t h t h e i n s t r u c t i o n s i n
your manual or notify your supervisor,
7. Always do your PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE in the same order, so it gets
to be a habit. Once you have had some practice, you will spot anything wrong
in a hurry.
8 . If anything looks wrong and you cannot fix it, write it on your
DA Form 2404. If you find something seriously wrong, report it to
Organizational Maintenance RIGHT NOW!
