Replace fuel pumps and filters as necessary. (4) Inspect the fuel pump for proper operation. Replace a defective fuel pump. c. Installation. Install the fuel pumps and filters as illustrated on figure 204. 330. Cab Her Control box a. Removal. Remove the cab heater control box as instructed on figure 205. b. Cleaning, Inspection, and Repair. (1) Clean each part with an approved cleaning solvent and dry thoroughly. (2) Inspect each part for proper operation and for damage. Replace or repair a damaged or defective part as necessary. c. Installation. Install the cab heater control box as illustrated on figure 205. 331. Heater Switchbox a. Removal. Remove the heater switchbox as instructed on figure 206. b. Disassembly. Disassemble the carrier heater switchbox in a manner similar to the crane heater switchbox (par. 193). c. Cleaning, Inspection, and Repair. (1) Clean all parts of the heater switchbox with a cloth dampened with an approved cleaning solvent and dry thoroughly. 264
