Hydraulic oil low.
a. Check hydraulic oil level in reservoir, If ok, do step 2.
b. Fill hydraulic reservoir to proper level. Refer to LO 5-3810-306-12.

Steering system failure.
a. Contact Organizational Maintenance.
29. REAR STEERING INOPERATIVE
Step 1.
