Keep your attention focused on the crane's operation. If for some reason you must
look in another direction, stop all crane movement first.
When vision is obscured, use and follow the directions of a single qualified signal
person.
Obey a signal to stop from anyone.

Traveling.
Before travel, fully retract and lower the boom into the boom rest and engage the
turntable swing lock.
Secure hook block and other items before moving the crane.
Follow the instructions in this handbook when preparing the crane for highway
travel.
