Inspect the sealing surfaces for leak paths.

Inspect the rubber seals. Replace any damaged seals
or seals that are hard or brittle.
Service Tip: Lubricating the seals with clean engine oil
will facilitate the installation.
Low Pressure Fuel Lines
Wash the low pressure fuel lines in clean solvent. Blow
dry with compressed air.
Visually inspect the lines for obvious damage such as
cracks or worn areas.
