Tighten the capscrews in the sequence shown.
Aftercooler - Inspection
Inspect the housing and core for damage.
Check the core for leaks:
Plug the bottom inlet tube
Pressurize the core to 483 kPa [70 psi] and submerge in a container of water.
Water temperature at 60 C [140 F].
