185. Crane Engine Clutch Adjustment
The operating clutches are of the internal expanding
type. The band assemblies are composed chiefly of a

clutch shoe with lining, a clutch actuating arm and
actuating arm retracting spring, and a band retracting
spring. The brakes are of the external-contracting type
mounted on the outside of the clutch drums. They
