Raising The Cable.
To raise the cable, pull back on the HOIST control Iever (l2) until the hook (or
load) is raised to the desired height,
INSTALLING CABLE ON THE HOIST.
CAUTION
IF CABLE IS WOUND FROM A STORAGE
REEL ONTO THE DRUM, THE REEL
SHOULD BE ROTATED IN THE SAME
DIRECTION AS THE HOIST.
Install cable on the hoist drum in accordance with the following procedure.

Position the cable over the boom nose sheave and route to the hoist
drum.
Position the hoist drum with the cable anchor slot on top.

Insert the cable through the slot and position around the anchor

The end of the cable should be even with the
