TM 5-3810-306-20c.Position muffler exhaust elbow (9) through enginehood and secure mounting bands (19) to enginehood with four capscrews (18), new lockwashers(17) and nuts (16).d.Install muffler guard (11) under top of hood and onside of engine hood. Secure sides with sixscrews (12) and washers (13). Tighten five boltsto secure top of hood and muffler guard.e.Remove rag and install exhaust elbow (5) andclamp (4) on exhaust connection (3).f.Install exhaust hose (8) and sealing clamps (7)between both exhaust elbows (9 and 5).
