Remove the four capscrews, fan and spacer.
Replace the fan pulley.
8 mm Capscrews - 24 Nm [18 ft-lb]
10 mm Capscrews - 43 Nm [32 ft-lb]

Preparatory Steps:
Drain the coolant.
Remove the drive belt.
