Injector Bore Brush
Clean the injector nozzle bore, using Service Tool
No. 3822509.
Lubricate the sealing lips of the sleeve with anti-
seize compound. Package the injector, sealing
sleeve, a new copper sealing washer and the
holddown clamp.
Use only one washer.
NOTE
A light coat of clean 15W40 engine oil
between the washer and injector can
help to keep the washer from falling
during installation.
