Drive the new valve in until it bottoms against the step
in the bore.
Oil Cooler - Cleaning (7-06)
Plug the cooler and soak it in a cleaning solution to
remove the coolant deposits.
Remove the plugs and soak the cooler in solvent.
The cooler can be cleaned in a hot tank.
Back flush the oil passages with clean solvent and
use compressed air to dry.
Oil Cooler - Inspection (7-07)
Inspect the soldered joints for corrosion or cracks.
