Remove the headlight as instructed onfigure 133.b.Disassembly.Disassemble the front headlight inthe numerical sequence as illustrated on figure 134.c.Cleaning and Inspection.(1)Clean all parts with a cloth dampened withan approved cleaning solvent and drythoroughly.(2)Inspect all parts for breaks, damage, andproper operation. Replace damaged partsas necessary.d.Reassemble.Reassemble the headlight in thereverse numerical sequence as illustrated on figure 134.e.Installation.Install the headlight as illustrated onfigure 133.f.Adjustment.(1)Headlights must be adjusted properly toprevent a blinding glare to the operator ofan oncoming vehicle.(2)Position the unloaded equipment on a flatand level surface at right angles to, and 25feet from, a suitable vertical surface.173
