(5) Install the boom backstops between the
gantry and boom, as shown in figure 2-7.

d. Boom Hoist Cable Reeving.
(1) Use a suitable lifting device, and lift the
tipper spreader into position on the boom. Install the two
guy cables (fig. 2-9). Secure one end of each cable to
the boom point and the other end to the upper spreader
with pins. Secure the pins with cotter pins.
