Failure to follow thisprocedure could cause DEATHor serious injury.Remove mast (3, Figure 5-42) and lay ondeck.Disassemble and stow boom support thatwas removed in step 8 of Preparing theUpperstructure for Lift. Remove two pins(2) and tube (24, Figure 5-29) and store intool box. Remove three remaining pins(23) that connect posts (19), (20) and (22)to post (21).
