INSTALLATION
1.
Coat hydraulic pump (Figure 2, Item 11) splines with antiseize thread compound. Apply threadlock compound
to pump mounting flange.
2.
Position pump (Figure 2, Item 11) and align mounting holes on transmission (Figure 2, Item 4).
3.
Apply threadlock compound to threads of two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5).
4.
Install two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5) and washers (Figure 2, Item 6).
5.
Install new o-ring (Figure 2, Item 10) on supply hose adapter (Figure 2, Item 9).
6.
Install supply hose adapter (Figure 2, Item 9) with four capscrews (Figure 2, Item 7) and new lockwashers
(Figure 2, Item 8) on pump.
7.
Install two new o-rings (Figure 2, Item 2) on elbows.
8.
Install two elbows (Figure 2, Item 1) and washers (Figure 2, Item 3) on main hydraulic pump
(Figure 2, Item 11).
