Injector - Disassembly
Clean the carbon residue from the nozzle. Use a brass
wire brush and a piece of hardwood dipped in test oil.
Remove the copper sealing washer and discard.

Clamp the nozzle holder in a soft jawed vise and
remove the nozzle nut.
Remove the nozzle needle valve and intermediate plate.
NOTE
To avoid damage place injector nozzle and
needle valve in a suitable bath of clean test
oil.
