Injectors General Information
The injector needle valve and the nozzle tip are machined to a very precise tolerance. Never replace only the
needle valve. Never mix the needle valves and nozzle tips, they are matched sets.
This group provides instructions for disassembly, cleaning, assembly and test of the injectors. Also included are
cleaning and inspection procedures for the fuel lines, fuel transfer pump, and fuel filter head.
