LUBRICATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT LUBRICATION ORDER

LIGHTS. Inspect for burned out lamp, and insecure mounting. Inspect wiring for damage and loose
electrical connections.

HOOK ROLLERS. Inspect for wear and proper operation, adjust as necessary, correct clearance
between hook rollers and lower side of roller path is a maximum of 1/16 inch.

HOISTING CABLES. Inspect for worn, frayed or damaged cables, replace a defective cable.

BOOM ASSEMBLY. Inspect boom assembly for damage. Inspect sheaves for cracks. Replace a
damaged sheave or boom.
5
CONTROL PEDALS AND LEVERS. Tighten loose mounting hardware. Check for proper operation and
adjustment.
