Use bubble levelnext to the operator’s seat toinsure that vehicle is level. Thebubble must be centered in circle.Failure to follow this procedurecould cause DEATH or seriousinjury.Hook latch is intended to retainloose slings or devices underslack conditions. It is not in-tended to be an anti-foulingdevice. Caution should be usedto prevent the latch from support-ing any of the load. Periodic in-spection of latch must be made toinsure its proper operatingcondition. Failure to follow thisprocedure could cause DEATHor serious injury.An operator must be guided bythe Capacity Chart mounted onvehicle when considering loadweights. Rated loads must neverbe exceeded.
