The winch motor loweringport tee must be capped to pre-vent load from free falling whenhand pump pressure is applied.Failure to follow this procedurecould cause DEATH or seriousinjury.When working the hand pump,clear all personnel from the area.Failure to follow this procedurecould cause DEATH or seriousinjury.When lowering boom to a hori-zontal position, work from sideof upperstructure, not underboom.
