Remove cotter pin (Figure 11, Item 1) and straight pin (Figure 11, Item 2) from transmission shift control
(Figure 11, Item 3). Discard cotter pin.

Remove four capscrews (Figure 12, Item 1) and disconnect front driveshaft (Figure 12, Item 2) from
transmission (Figure 12, Item 3). Support front driveshaft with suitable support.
