Install grommet (Figure 17, Item 12) on vehicle.
14.
Install hose (Figure 17, Item 9) and clamp (Figure 17, Item 11) on valve (Figure 17, Item 10).
15.
Install heater assembly (Figure 17, Item 14), washers (Figure 17, Item 2), and nuts (Figure 17, Item 1)
on vehicle.
16.
Connect wire assembly (Figure 17, Item 7) to wire assembly (Figure 17, Item 6).
17.
Install wire assembly (Figure 17, Item 5), washer (Figure 17, Item 4), and nut (Figure 17, Item 3).
18.
Install two clamps (Figure 17, Item 8), one on hoses (Figure 17, Items 9 and 13).
19.
Connect hoses (Figure 17, Items 9 and 13) to heater assembly (Figure 17, Item 14) and secure with clamps
(Figure 17, Item 8).
20.
Install tiedown straps where necessary to keep hoses from sagging.

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE
1.
Fill radiator to proper coolant level (TM 5-3810-305-10).
2.
Connect battery negative ground cable (WP 0076).
3.
Place boom in resting position (TM 5-3810-305-10).
4.
Check for proper operation.
