Repeat steps f. and g. until all wheels are clear of the ground and the crane
is level as indicated on the Bubble Level (36). If it is suspected that the
Bubble Level is not accurate, adjust as follows:
(1)
Locate the crane on a level, firm surface.
(2)
Extend and set the outriggers. Using the outriggers, level the crane
as indicated on the Bubble Level (36).
(3)
Place another bubble level, or similar device which will check level of
crane on all axis, on the turntable bearing surface near the positive
swing lock.
(4)
Using the outriggers, level the crane using the bubble level
positioned in step (3).
(5)
Loosen the screws securing the Bubble Level (36) and reposition it
until the bubble is centered indicating the crane is level, see Figure
5-82
