Idle adjustment for the RQVK governor requires
setting of the idle adjustment screw.
Loosen the locknut and turn the screw counterclock-
wise to raise the RPM; clockwise to decrease the
idle speed until the data plate specified idle speed is
attained with normal idle operation accessory loads
(i.e. transmission, hydraulic, air conditioning). Tighten
the locknut.
