The hoe bucket is attached to the hoehandle which pivots at the end of the boom. Anauxiliary gantry is attached at the foot of the hoe boomto support the hoist cable. The boom is attached to therevolving frame by means of a hinge shaft extendingthrough both boom foot hinges.177.Back Hoe Bridle Blocka.Removal.(1)Remove the back hoe assembly from therevolving frame. (TM 5-3810-207-10).(2)Remove the cables from the back hoe(TM 5-3810-207-10).(3)Remove the bridle block from the hoehandle in the numerical sequence asinstructed on figure 100.b.Cleaning, Inspection, and Repair.(1)Clean all parts with an approved cleaningsolvent.(2)Inspect all parts for breaks, excessivewear, and other damage.
