3. Position (stagger) the piston ring gaps
properly on the piston.

4. Start the top of the piston straight in-
to the ring compressor. Then push the

b e toward the blower side of the engine.
7. Remove the hold-down clamp and the
cylinder
liner.
NOTE
Do not remove the liner insert.
