Discard oilseparator filter (18), two perforated plates (19)and desiccant material (20).WARNINGDry cleaning solvent P-D680 is toxic and flammable.Wear protective goggles and gloves and use only ina well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes,and clothes and don’t breathe vapors. Do not usenear open flame or excessive heat. The flash pointis 100°-138°F (38°-59°C). If you become dizzy whileusing cleaning solvent, get fresh air immediately andget medical aid. If contact with eyes is made, washyour eyes with water and get medical aidimmediately. Compressed air used for cleaningpurposes will not exceed 30 PSI. Use only witheffective chip guarding and personal protectiveequipment (goggles/shield, gloves, etc.).3.CLEAN DESICCANT PLATE (8) THOROUGHLYUSING SOLVENT, ENSURING PURGE ORIFICEAND CHECK VALVE SEAT ARE CLEAN.INSTALLATION:1.ASSEMBLE DESICCANT PLATE ASSEMBLY (6)AND DESICCANT CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY (9).a. Insert one of perforated plates (19) into shell(17), felt cloth up, and tap it firmly to bottom.(Felt always faces desiccant material).b. Slide oil separator filter (18) over cartridge bolt(16) with gasket surface next to shell (17).c. Install bolt (16) with oil separator (18) into bottomof shell and through center hole of perforatedplate (19) in bottom of shell (17).d. Pour entire package of desiccant material intoshell (17), ensuring none is lost. Handle itcarefully so bolt does not fall out.NOTEIf the shoulder of the bolt does notextend above the perforated plate,tap the side of the desiccantcontainer.e. Level desiccant material and install secondperforated plate (19), felt cloth down. Ensureshoulder of bolt (16) is centered and extendsslightly above top of perforated plate.f.Set conical spring (14) on top of perforated plate.(Large diameter down small diameter up).g.
