a. Cleaning. Clean all parts with an approved
cleaning solvent and dry thoroughly.
b. Inspection and Repair.
(1) The standard finished size of the piston
pin is 4.524 to 4.539 inches long, diameter
is 1.7498 to 1.7500 inches. Fit in piston
boss is 0.018 to 0.003 inch, and 0.003 to
0.007 inch in rod bushing. The rod bushing
is 115r6 inches long, 1.941 to 1.944
inches outside diameter, and 1.7503 to
1.7505 inches inside diameter.
