(Refer to page 11-2.)Disconnect ground cable at shunt. (Refer to page 8-109.)Cab front panel removed. (Refer to page 15-10.)Cab bottom panel removed. (Refer to page 15-11.)REMOVAL:NOTECount number of threads exposedabove barrel nut (3) prior to removingit. This will aid in installation.1.DISCONNECT THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE (1)FROM FOOT PEDAL.a.Remove nut (2) and barrel nut (3) from end ofthrottle control cable (1). Remove cable frombracket (4).b.Remove two screws (5), lockwashers (6) andnuts (7) securing bracket (4) to pedal. Removebracket. Discard lockwashers.2.REMOVE FOOT THROTTLE CONTROL VALVE(8).a.Tag and disconnect two air lines from footthrottle control valve (8). Plug air lines. Removefittings from valve. Retain fittings for installation.b.Remove three capscrews (9) and lockwashers(10) securing control valve to cab floor. Removevalve. Discard lockwashers (10).11-40
