TM 5-3810-306-20REASSEMBLY:1.REASSEMBLE POSITIVE SWING LOCKCONTROL LEVER.a.Install grommet (10) on control cable and mountin cab wall.b.Push control cable (10) through cab wall.c.Assemble control lever (1) to control cable withclevis pin (2), washer (17) and new cotter pin (3).d.Install control lever (1) with two capscrews (7),spacers (9), clamp (18), washers (8), newlockwashers (5), washers (4) and nuts (6).Secure to cab mounting bracket.e.Secure cable (10) to mounting bracket with cableclamp (14), two capscrews (13), newlockwashers (15) and nuts (16).f.Position control lever up (UNLOCK).g.Install clevis (11) and nuts (12) on control cable.h.Adjust clevis (11) and nuts (12) until clevis (11)can be attached to swing lock block. Tightennuts (12).i.Secure control cable clevis (11) to swing lockblock with clevis pin (21), washer (20) and newcotter pin (19).2.CONNECT GROUND CABLE AT SHUNT.
