Loose or corroded battery connections.

Inspect battery connection. If OK, do step 2.

Contact Organizational Maintenance to clean or tighten battery
connections.

Fan drive belt slipping.

Inspect fan drive belt tensioner by hand. Refer to PMCS in Section
