Loosen two jam nuts (Figure 2, Item 2) to remove knobs (Figure 2, Item 1) and jam nuts.
3.
Remove two capscrews (Figure 2, Item 5), lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 4), and bracket assembly
(Figure 2, Item 3). Discard lockwashers.
