REMOVE SUPERSTRUCTURE HARNESS.a.Tag and disconnect connector plug atdistribution panel harness connector.b.Tag and disconnect black ground wire and wire#5 from distribution panel.c.Tag and disconnect connector plug at cabinterior harness connector.d.Tag and disconnect connector plug at sideconsole harness connector.e.Tag and disconnect wire #21 from side consoleharness f. Tag and disconnect connector plugat left front console harness connector.g.Tag and disconnect connect plug at right frontconsole harness connector.h.Tag and disconnect wires at neutral safetyswitch.i.Tag and disconnect wires at hydraulic oil coolertemperature switch.j.Tag and disconnect wires at hydraulic oil coolerby-pass solenoid.k.Tag and disconnect wires at boom elevation limitswitch.l.Tag and disconnect connector plug at loadmoment indicator central processing unit.m.Tag and disconnect wires at boom flood lightharness.n.Tag and disconnect three connector plugs atswivel mount.o.Tag and disconnect wires at swing limit switch.p.Tag and disconnect all ground wires onsuperstructure frame.q.Remove tie straps and/or clamps securingharness to superstructure and removesuperstructure harness.2.INSPECT SUPERSTRUCTURE HARNESS FORDAMAGE AND REPLACE PARTS OR HARNESSAS REQUIRED.INSTALLATION:1.INSTALL SUPERSTRUCTURE HARNESS.a.Position superstructure harness and maintain inplace with tiestraps and/or clamps as required.b.Connect all ground wires to superstructure frameas tagged.c.Connect wires to swing limit switch as tagged.8-82
