TM 5-3810-306-20INSTALLATION:1.INSTALL HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVES.NOTEPrior to installing fittings and hydraulichoses, coat external threads with Loctite545 and preformed packings with cleanhydraulic oil.a.Install fittings on new control valve using newpreformed packing.b.. Position valve bank on the mounting plate andsecure with capscrews (1), washers (2 and 3)and nuts (4).c.. Connect hydraulic lines to each valve astagged prior to removal. Use new preformedpackings.d.. Connect mechanical linkage (6) to valve bankand secure with clevis pin (5), washer (8) andnew cotter pin (7).2.CONNECT NEGATIVE CABLE AT SHUNT.
